How To Sew The Puffy Satin Stitch

Last time I'd demonstrated how to do the Bullion Stitch. You might notice that I used Fishbone Stitch to do the leaves. Although you might find the leaves looked pretty, you may think that they are too flat to go with the Bullion Rose.

So now I am going to show you how to do a puffy leaf using the Satin Stitch. A regular Satin Stitch is used to fill in a pattern and using a little trick you can make a Satin Stitch have life-like depth.

I will show you how to use a Long and Short Stitch to give shadings to your flower petals next week.
